2. What This Policy Covers
This Policy applies to:
- the HAMMERHEADS website;
- Guildle when distributed through Steam; and
- communications you send directly to us.
This Policy does not replace the privacy policies of third-party platforms and services such as Steam, YouTube, or Discord. Those services may also collect and process information under their own terms and policies.

- the contents of your message and any attachments you send.
B. Website and Embedded Content
Our website does not use its own analytics tools beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the site.
However, some pages may include embedded third-party content such as YouTube videos or Discord widgets. When you load or interact with those features, those third parties may collect information directly from your browser or device, such as technical information, cookie data, and interaction data, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
C. Steam and Guildle Data

Depending on the features enabled within Guildle, this may include:
- gameplay related statistics;
- achievement and progression information;
- save data stored through Steam Cloud;
- store and marketing reporting data made available through Steamworks;
- crash or error information, if platform-supported reporting is enabled.
Where applicable, some of this information may be associated with your Steam account by Valve.
D. Aggregate Steam Reporting
We may also view aggregate or summary reporting provided through Steamworks, such as traffic, store performance, wishlist, conversion, and campaign reporting. We use this information to understand how players find Guildle and how the game performs on Steam.
4. How We Use Information
We use information covered by this Policy to:
- operate Guildle and website related services;
- enable game features that rely on Steamworks;

5. What We Do Not Do
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not operate a separate HAMMERHEAD account system for Guildle at this time.

- protect the safety of users, players, staff, or the public.
C. Business Transfers
If HAMMERHEADS is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or similar transaction, information covered by this Policy may be transferred as part of that process, subject to applicable law.
